Work Your Way to Success

The Student Jobs on Campus (SJOC) program began during the 2014-15 academic year to serve students with documented financial need (asset limited/income constrained) who do not otherwise qualify for traditional financial aid programs. The program at CT State Naugatuck Valley gives students an opportunity to stay on campus for employment between and after classes. This affords student workers financial, academic, and logistical support that enhances their college experience and improves their success rates.
