Student Success Stories

  • My family is low-income and I have been working two part-time jobs and going to school full-time to cover my expenses. All I knew is that I was going to get my degree no matter what! These scholarships have taken an IMMENSE amount of stress off my shoulders. Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude.

  • The Women of Color Empowerment Collective has given me hope and made me feel seen. This scholarship to me is a defining factor in my life that tells me I can keep going and keep working hard towards my dreams. It makes me look at the challenges I've faced these past few months and makes me feel so accomplished where I am despite the many obstacles. I want to thank the WCEC for giving me the hope and inspiration I desperately needed.
